FANCLUB TICKETING FAQ

With each new major tour announcement, paid fanclub members will be provided an opportunity to participate in ticket presales. As we receive details of a new tour, we will update the Ticketing FAQ to address any parameters that may change.

For example, the just-announced new U.S. dates for the 2007 Futuresex/Loveshow includes different details than the first round of U.S. ticket sales. Please read the following information so you are prepared for these new ticket presales.

  1. Will there be more presales?

    New dates have been added to the 2007 FSLS U.S. tour. As JTFC receives confirmed information, we will email paid members with notification.


  2. How many tickets can I buy?

    For the new U.S. dates on the 2007 FSLS tour, there is a FOUR (4) ticket limit per member. This limit is higher than the 2-ticket limit allowed for the first set of U.S. dates. You will need to enter your special passcode found on the TOUR page once you log in to the fanclub Web site. We monitor sales, and any purchasers found to be abusing the ticket purhase limit will have their ticket orders cancelled and JTFC memberships terminated without refund.


  3. I participated in fanclub ticket presales for the first round of U.S. shows. May I participate in this new set of U.S. ticket presales?

    Yes, as long as you have not purchased up to your 4-ticket limit.


  4. When do presales open and when do they close?

    Currently, the exclusive JTFC ticket presales for the new U.S. tour dates are scheduled for each Friday, from 9:00A-10:00AM local venue time.

    The first set of fanclub ticket presales will launch on Friday, April 13th @ 9:00AM local venue time.


  5. How will I receive my tickets?

    Presale tickets are sent out well in advance of the show. If you haven't received your tickets 48 hours prior to your show, please call your local Ticketmaster customer service department. If you purchased tickets through an alternate ticket provider, you will need to contact them directly for assistance with your tickets.


  6. Will tickets be available by telephone?

    No, this is an Internet-only sale.


  7. What forms of payment will be accepted?

    American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diner's Club


  8. What name will be on the credit card statement?

    Ticketmaster.



  9. Will order confirmations be e-mailed to customers?

    Yes.


  10. How is seating being handled for people with disabilities?

    Advice will be found during the online booking process, including information on how to order accessible seats.


  11. How do I buy my tickets?

WEBMAIL OVERVIEW

Q. What is JustinTimberlakeFanclub.com Webmail?

A. JustinTimberlakeFanclub.com Webmail is a very easy-to-use email client, with helpful features and very convenient because it's a Web-based email client. Your mailbox is accessible wherever you are that has Internet access.

JTFC Webmail is made available to all paid members, and it remains active as long as you remain a paid member. If you membership expires, you will lose access to our Webmail service.


Q. How do I access my Webmail account?

A. Members simply log in to the fanclub Web site, which provides access to the WEBMAIL link in the navigation bar. For security, you will be asked to log in to your email account with your username and password.


Q. What is my email address?

A. Your email address is: your_username@justintimberlakefanclub.com

Your email username is the same as your fanclub login name.


Q. What are the features of the Webmail client?

A. Once you enter the Webmail window, you will find that the layout is very similar to other popular Webmail clients. Take a moment to review tools in the left-hand margin.
